What is your return policy? Give me the details.
If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your item within 30 days of receipt, you may return your item for a refund or exchange. 

DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE STACKED. No additional discount can be added to subscriptions.

All "sale" and "clearance" items are final sale, including Black Friday, Labor Day and Memorial Day sales. No price adjustments will be made for previous orders. Everything is final sale if stated as so.

Please Note: All Bucked Up products are FINAL SALE. No Returns for health and safety reasons.


Rules for Return or Exchange:

  1. In order to return an item, you MUST contact our customer service first by emailing caralorenactive@caraloren.com, with a request to return for refund/exchange. Customer service will provide further instructions.
  2. Item must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer.
  3. Item must be shipped to us before any refund or exchange is made.
  4. Include Order Number, reason for return, and if you would like a Refund Item or an Exchange Item.
If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake made by us, like receiving an incorrect item or size, please include details in the email to Customer Service and include a note inside the package to help inform our customer support team. In this case, you will be reimbursed your entire purchase price, including return shipping costs.

If by chance you are returning the item as a result of improper fit, dislike in color, dislike of style, etc. you must email Customer Service before hand. Please include a note in the package for the desired Exchange Item or the reason for the return. You will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

What carriers do you use?
DHL and FedEx.

How long before my order arrives?
After you place an order it takes between 1-3 hours to process it. However, if you place an order after 1PM MST, your order will be processed the next business day. Domestic orders can arrive between 1-7 days, and international orders between 14-21 days. Please note that your order arrival date is an estimate. There are many factors that go into when your order will arrive such as: location, weight of package, and busy shipping seasons.
 **Cara Loren Active will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.**

Why haven’t I received my order?
At Cara Loren Active we use only the most reliable shipping services, and although it is extremely rare, orders can get lost. If after 45 days you still have not received your order, please contact customer service at caralorenactive@caraloren.com. We want more than anything for you to receive your product, and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order.

Who is responsible for paying International taxes and duties?
If your local government imposes taxes and duties, you will be responsible for paying the taxes, duties, and/or custom fees. Please contact customs specific to your country for more information.
