FAQ’S

I’ve already placed an order, but I need to change or add something?
Once you’ve placed an order, it takes about 1-3 hours to process it. If you need to change something please contact customer service immediately so we can attempt to change your order before it is processed. This is not guaranteed.
If you have forgotten to add an item to an already placed order you’ll need to place a new order.

We cannot cancel a Bucked Up subscription on the day of auto renewal. 

What is your return policy? Give me the details.
If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your item within 30 days of receipt, you may return your item for a refund or exchange. Please email Customer service at

Rules for Return or Exchange:

  1. Item must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer.
  2. Item must be shipped to us before any refund or exchange is made.
  3. You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item.
  4. If you are an International customer and need to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping. Please pay for tracking when sending your package back, as Cara Loren Active will not be responsible for packages that do not arrive at the warehouse.
  5. When contacting customer service, please include your order number, and reason for refund or exchange.
If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake made by us, like receiving an incorrect item or size, please contact customer service where they will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and do their best to rectify the situation. In this case, you will be reimbursed your entire purchase price, including return shipping costs.
If by chance you are returning the item as a result of improper fit, dislike in color, didn’t like the style, etc. please contact customer service and inform them on why you want a refund. You will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Can I make a return? We don’t encourage it, but of course you can!
You are welcome to return any item (exception: items included on SALE page, supplements, or if stated beforehand) for an exchange or refund.
Please contact customer service where our support team will email you with further directions.
We will send you an email informing you that the warehouse has received your returned order and you have been refunded.

Where is my order confirmation?
After placing your order, a confirmation number will be sent to the email you provided when checking out. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation as well.

What carriers do you use?
DHL, FedEx, & USPS. The carrier specific to you will depend on your location.

How long before my order arrives?
After you place an order it takes between 1-3 hours to process it. However, if you placed an order after 1PM MST, your order will be processed the next business day. Domestic orders can arrive between 1-7 days, and international orders between 14-21 days. Please note that your order arrival date is an estimate. There are many factors that go into when your order will arrive such as: location, weight of package, and busy shipping seasons.
**Cara Loren Active will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.**

Why haven’t I received my order?
At Cara Loren Active we use only the most reliable shipping services, and although it is extremely rare, orders can get lost. If after 45 days you still have not received your order, please contact customer service. We want more than anything for you to receive your product, and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order.

What if I want something but it is out of stock?
Depending on the popularity of the item, we may order it again. Please email customer service where we will be able to give you a more definite answer.

Do you have this in another size or color?
Great question, everything we currently have in stock is currently listed on the website.

How does your sizing run?
Please read the product description of the item(s) you are interested in. If there is a size difference it will be noted there. Otherwise, please order your normal size. If you are still uncertain of how an item will fit, please feel free to contact customer service.

Who is responsible for paying International taxes and duties?
If your local government imposes taxes and duties, you will be responsible for paying the taxes, duties, and/or custom fees. Please contact customs specific to your country for more information.

Payment Methods.
You can pay for your awesome product by using any major credit card. Or by using PayPal.

How do I know if my Bucked Up product is expired/out of date?
Our products are stamped with our "sell by" date, and our lot # for manufacturing and reorder. This is NOT a "best used by" date. The products are good for one year from stamped date.

How do I know if supplements are pregnancy/nursing safe?
Bucked Up supplements are produced in a GMP and NSF certified facility. Our products are safe and effective and can be taken by anyone. For those who are pregnant, we advise the All Natural supplements and suggest always talking to a physician as a safety precaution. We produce a non-proprietary blend so you can see exactly what is inside!

All of our products, whether they’re all natural or not or safe to take, is going to be up to the individual person if they have issues with a single ingredient or not. Nothing in our products is harmful.

If a person has health problems, they should always ask a physician before taking supplements. 

Some of our supplements contain both natural ingredients as well as artificial sweeteners, and with any artificial sweetener, we are required to put the manufacturer disclaimer.
